Refund policy

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال: 

الاسترجاع متاح خلال يومين من استلام المنتج، ويجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي عبوته الأصلية. الاستبدال متاح خلال يومين من استلام الطلب، ويجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي عبوته الأصلية.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال متاحان من خلال الشورووم فقط.

فترة التخفيضات:

 لا يوجد استرجاع أو استبدال على المنتجات المخفضة إلا في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج من جانب فولافيه

Refund and Exchange policy:

Refund is available within 2 days of receiving the item, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

Exchange is available within 2 days from receiving the order, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund and exchange are available through the showroom only.

Sale Period:

No refund or exchange on the on-sale items unless there’s a defect in the item from the brand’s side
